The Contents of the Site and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for noncommercial/personal use by the users of Tofufu.com. As a result of, any such downloading or copying of materials or software, transfers no right, title or interest to you, the users. You may not distribute, redistribute, reproduce, copy, publish, upload, post, publicly display, create derivative works from, transmit, modify, sell or participate in any sale of, or commercially exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any part of the "content" of the Site, or any related software, in any way (including “mirroring”), or use it for any other purpose without Tofufu® LLC's express prior written consent.

Termination of Usage

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Tofufu.com. You agree that if, for any reason, Tofufu® LLC in it's sole discretion, views certain conduct as in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Tofufu® LLC or another user, vendor or sponsor, your access to all or part of the Site and any account(s) you may have in connection with the Site may be accordingly denied, terminated or suspended, immediately without notice. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Tofufu.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. Tofufu® LLC reserves the right to monitor access to the Site at unspecified times.

Product Coloration & Pricing

Since colors displayed on each individual computer monitor may vary greatly depending on the brand, model and age of the monitor, we cannot guarantee the product that you select and receive will be the exact colors as you see on your monitor; although we do make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site as they are to to the actual products. In addition, while Tofufu® LLC makes every effort to prevent errors, mistakes may occur. .The products displayed on Tofufu.com Online store can be ordered and delivered anywhere in the world. Tofufu.com is not responsible for typographical errors of any kind and reserve the right to make corrections. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Accounts & Member Information

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. In order to use certain Services, you must provide certain information during the registration process (“Reg Data”). You agree that your Reg Data will always be accurate and current. You will receive a password and account upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities and purchases that occur under your password or account.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Tofufu shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You further agree that we may limit the number of emails sent via the Service at any time, in our sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Tofufu.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

While we welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services, we do not want to receive and do not accept confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, materials or other information. Payment & Sales Tax & Use Tax

You will pay all fees due according to the prices and terms applicable to your Service, including any optional products or services. All fees are immediately due and payable. We accept no liability for information or content that is deleted due to an invalid or incomplete payment. We reserve the right to change our pricing for the Services at any time, with notice to you. We may also, in our discretion, offer discounts or special offers from time to time. You shall pay or otherwise be responsible for all federal, state, or local sales or use taxes imposed on the Services.
