✔ For domestic order (USA), S/H fee is $6 per item, add $3 per each additional item...etc.

✔ S/H for heavy items are calculated separately and will be noted within item description.

✔ We offer various USPS services (e.g. First Class, Priority, Parcel Post, Media Mail) & UPS domestically; please tells us of your specific preference if you have special requests for other delivery services.

✔ International orders will be calculated accordingly by weight depending on the country of destination, and we are NOT responsible for Customs or Brokerage Fees/Taxes.

✔ Orders are shipped twice a week, usually on Wednesday & Saturday (tho it may vary from time to time), once payment has been confirmed. Since it takes time to process your order, please allow at least 2 business days for processing. Hence if an order is placed on a Tuesday night, most likely it will not be shipped the follwoing day on Wednesday, but will be sent out on Saturday instead. While an order placed on Monday night may or may not make the Wednesday delivery, the likelihood is greater :)

✔ We accept cash, cashier checks, money orders and major credit cards or direct account withdraw via PayPal payments.

✔ All online payments are processed with PayPal but you do NOT need a PayPal account. Just select PayPal as the payment type and go through the checkout process. There's a page to put in your credit card info WITHOUT using a PayPal account.

✔ All checks and money orders are pending bank's approval, please allow additional 5 business days for the checks to clear. The customer will be responsible for all related fees charged to us by our bank if a check bounced due to insufficient fund or any other reasons.

✔ All items sent from Tofufu are in good conditions unless stated otherwise. If for any reason the actual toy package and/or toys is damaged during transit by the shipping service, we understand. Please contact us and the carrier service (i.e. USPS or UPS) and we will do our best to work with the carrier to find a refund or a replacement for your product if it is insured. You have 7 days upon the recipience of goods to notify us of such condition.

✔ All sales at tofufu.com are final unless defective (e.g., has missing parts, etc.) and the defection has not been stated within the individual product description. Our prints and original arts are extremely limited and we make sure they leave our studio in pristine condition (unless specified otherwise). We understand that damages or blemishes may sometimes occur during transit and handling, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt of goods) if that is the case with photos of the damged goods; we will gladly work with you to avoid the hassle of reshipping the item, which may cause more damage as the print/art has to go through more man-handling. In addition, as we sell both new and vintage toys, some may be sold for a lesser price due to its condition, which will be stated in its description. Most toys we sell are collectibles, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted. Slight imperfections are very typical with collectibles and limited toys and, in fact, sometimes even enhance the value.

✔ Please keep in mind that we cannot replace specific blind box figures. If the defective figure you received from tofufu.com was blind boxed, we will gladly replace it with another blind box. NO GUARANTEE that you will receive the EXACT figure you had received originally the first time around.

✔ Orders cannot be canceled once placed and processed unless due to unforeseeable. If your cancellation is successful, we will provide a refund or credit minus a cancellation fee.

✔ Your personal account information will be used solely for processing your order and notifying you with our future releases and/or news; it will not be sold or transfer to anyone outside Tofufu for profit or any other usage.

✔ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify Tofufu immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s). Tofufu is concerned about the security of personal information we have collected from you and has taken reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to that information.
